MCV stands for Mean Corpuscular Volume, which essentially the size of the red blood cells. The size and tell you certain things, if they are enlarged (B12 deficiency, folate deficiency), or too small (many microcytic anemias)
Neutrophils are the white blood cells, and lymphocytes are also cells that function in the immune system. Their relative percentage can give you some idea about what kind of infection your body might be dealing with (neutrophil count is higher in bacterial infection, while lymphocyte count is higher in chronic viral infection), or whether you've got leukemia, lymphoma, etc
Creatinine is what your muscle makes normally as a product of creatine and phosphocreatine, and its level in serum tells you (1) about muscle mass in the body, and (2) how much of it is being cleared by the kidneys, and thus how well the kidneys are functioning.
