Well, the "old" spelling of Busan was Pusan, so you might want to count that. The other two that I can think of are Pohong (famous for its steel industry) and Pyeongtaek. I assume that you're talking international ports. If you're interested in ALL ports (including ferrys) check out the link below.

You are thinking of Pusan (also spelled Busan)
This is the 2nd largest city in South Korea, located on the southern coast.
