Start taking vitamins, nutrients for your body, not necessarilly (did I spell that right?) just for hair, but supplements (natural ones), that your body needs and you'll start seeing the difference with not only your hair but your body. Your body starts performing the way it should. I was introduced to Forever Living Products, all natural supplements. I began using everything. I take about 10 pills twice a day, like garlic supplements, ginko, bee pollen, vegetable tablets, omega 3, ginseng, and others. They are all 100% natural so they are pretty safe, and my skin cleared up, my hair started growing faster and healthier, my body was more energized, etc, etc. It was finally receiving all the nutrients it was lacking. Hope this helped a little.

THe main thing is that you need to be patient!! it takes time. well everybody's hair doesn't grow the same amount.. don't use any oils or chemicals that says, it helps ur hair grows..becuase it only damges ur hair. hair is grown naturally not chemically. if u use chemicals your only damaging ur hair. take good care of your hair and eat more vegetables..
