They believe that God had a creator, a series of gods with no ultimate sourse.

They have not heard of St Thomas Aquinas:

Nature of the Trinity
Aquinas argued that God, while perfectly united, is also perfectly described by three interrelated persons. These three persons (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit) are constituted by their relations within the essence of God. The Father generates the Son (or the Word) by the relation of self-awareness. This eternal generation then produces an eternal Spirit "who enjoys the divine nature as the Love of God, the Love of the Father for the Word."

This Trinity does not exist in separation from the world. On the contrary, the Trinity serves to communicate God's self and God's goodness to human beings. This takes place through the Incarnation of the Word in the person of Jesus Christ and through the indwelling of the Holy Spirit (indeed, the very essence of the Trinity itself) within those who have experienced salvation by God .

They believe eleven men claim to have seen the original golden tablets on which The Book of Mormon was given to Joseph Smith.
But most of them took back their statements."

They left the Church .

The only Apostle who renounced Christ's testimony hanged himself. The others were all martyrs for Him.

They do not understand:
The LDS faith came out of Protestantism which came out of Catholicism.

i imagine Christ is head of the Church -- it says this in a number of the epistles. all the recent testomony grow to be written lengthy before the Popes were something except being purely bishops of Rome, purely one among many bishops, and not in any respect particular and ultimate over all others (that got here a lot later, and as consequently of the fortuitous situations jointly with dealing with down Attila the Hun). The Bible also teaches that the Holy Spirit is shipped to believers, now to not some ruling elite, to describe the that technique of the Bible to them, so as that they could understand what they're freely given: eg see Mark 4:24 John 14:25 a million Corinthians 2:9-16 Ephesians a million:17-18 a million John 2:21 and from the former testomony also evaluate Psalm a million and Psalm 119 -- regardless of the indisputable fact that there are instructors contained in the Church appointed via God (in all aspects of the church) we frequently benefit awareness by skill of our relationship with God, and time spent contained in the written scriptures attending to understand from them with the concepts of the Holy Spirit. (for sure we decide on the concepts of instructors and pastors etc, regardless of the indisputable fact that the church isn't a dictatorship, that dictatorial mind-set of the Popes again contained in the middle a at the same time as and 16C-17C added about a lot soreness and misery; so i don't have self assurance the Popes are de jure entitled to rule over all christians, it truly is the catholic perception, regardless of the indisputable fact that it type of feels not biblically depending.).

Who says Mormons preach another gospel? You? Oh, is that because you don't believe what the Mormons do?...Well, we believe all religions have parts and pieces that are true just not the complete gospel as does the LDS church.
You are basically saying you believe there is not ONE correct doctrine the Mormons believe in...well, since we believe in the bible as well as the Book of Mormon, you must not believe in the bible.
Good luck with that. We will see one day won't we.

Galatians 1:6-9 is one of a multitude of reasons that mormons should not be considered Christian. Mormons may believe they are Christian, but they are not...not even close.

I love when they say, "look at the name of our church, we are Christian, see." Their own prophet says they worship a different Jesus.

no you are completely misled by some out of touch old bishop who for all its worth probably didn't have a clue about anicient Hebrew aramaic and greek ....if you going to put such narrow minded remarks up , you should at least reference your source as one would logically assume this to be a statement made by the catholic church rather then the words of christ
