I like to do upper body one day... usually free weighs, 20 reps in each position. Then do lower body the next day, leg presses being the major one, also 20 reps. Keep in mind, if you want to BUILD muscle, you'll do a higher weight with less reps. If you want to TRIM muscle, you'll do a lower weight with at least 20 reps.

Then, everyday, usually after I do the weights and stuff, I'll run 2 miles (or at least get my heart rate up for 20 mins). And I'll do at least 50 crunches. Hope that helps! Good luck!

I dont know what its called but you sit on it diagnally and put your legs in between this cushion and its like you are doing sit ups but some one is throwing a ball while you are doing them and you are catching it. Its great! I love it!

Taking a shower with somebody else's hot water. If somebody sees me, that's their problem. I love saving money.
