I've always heard that surgery is the only way, I saw a program on Discovery Health channel about a woman who lost a lot of weight and was left with loose skin. She worked out and changed her diet but the skin was still there her body was pretty tone but in the end only surgery helped her get rid of the skin. But here is the link to a forum that just started today! Hope it helps! http://www.medhelp.org/forums/WeightLoss/messages/1572.html

There is nothing much you can do if you have lost all the weight and you have excess skin is to get rid of only buy surgery. it is so stretched out that you can not get it formed it is so stretched out you would definitely need to get surgery sorry about that I might have to do the same thing to so do not feel bad. Oh one more thing how did you loose all the weight?

Everyone I know calls it a "pooch" and it's like a rite of passage into motherhood - not something you'll ever really lose. But you can minimize the look of it by doing lots of crunches and working out. I know some women who are totally skinny after several births so I know it can be done. I'll let you know when mine is gone!

after birth the skin will retract. it wont happen over night, but it will definitely happen.

only way is surgery...skin that stretches that much can't go back, you aren't that elastic.
