I could never get her to agree to one, turns out I was asking the wrong question. She just wanted to watch. She liked it so much that she wants to do it all the time, but only with her....Problem is, the other girl wants me to sneak out and go to a hotel with her and her girlfriend. Should I do it?

Don't do it. Don't sneak-out and do it. A threesome is technically swinging, and swinging isn't about cheating. It's about enjoying sexual fantasies together, AS A COUPLE. Sneaking around behind your girlfriend's back would be showing a total lack of respect for her, especially when she is game to give you mostly what you want right now anyway... and it could get even better in the future. You're hedging a sure thing in your future for immediate gratification.
And on a second note, dump this other girl. She is no good. Again, that's not how it works. My wife and I have been swingers for some years, and we've both had lovers we've been able to see solo. These have been people we both know and trust. But they know the rule that we come as a couple and if they ever suggested that me or my wife see them without the other's knowledge (and several have) then they'd be dropped like a bad habit (and they have). This girl needs to learn the rules of engagement when playing with couples.

Do you love or even respect your girlfriend? What kind of mindset are you in that you would even CONSIDER cheating on your girlfriend? And don't you dare say it's not cheating...because you know it's wrong, that's why you haven't discussed this with her yet.
You're low if you do this. Your girlfriend already feels low about this situation and now you are going to make it worse. She's going to see that this was a mistake and it could ruin your rlelationship.
I hope you grow balls and say no to the other girl

Do you love your girlfriend? If you answered yes then you probably shouldnt find yourself in this girls hotel room. Your gf was foolish enough for letting you do it and you were foolish enough for agreeing.
