You should be eating 5 small meals a day so you won't get so hungry in between. If you are still going to over eat then at least eat healthy foods like fruit. Drinking a glass of water before meals helps you eat less too.

You need vitamins honey. Take 2 tbls. apple cider vinegar in an 8 oz. glass of water before you eat. This will tremendously curb that appetite. Has 93 vitamins and minerals. Cures acne and other ills. Very inexpensive and easy to use. You will not be that hungry anymore. Or use in place of a meal.

maybe your bored or thirsty try distracting yourself from food, or drink some water. i find that recently i have been hungry but then i feel sick for eating too much, but there is a little part of me that still feels empty lol...weird huh
