Nowhere in the Bible does it say that it is fake. In fact, it is seen althroughout the Scriptures that it is from God. 2 Timothy 3:16 states that "All Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness." (NASB) 2 Peter 1:20-21 tells us that the Bible though written by human authors--they were directed what to write by the Holy Spirit. All through the Gospels, Jesus quotes passages from the Old Testament affirming their authenticity and authority.

I'm not sure what reference you're speaking of, but I know Solomon said everything was "...meaningless, a chasing after the wind..." This is in Ecclesiastes. Solomon was the richest and wisest. He had everything he could possibly want, materialistically speaking, but still there was a void in his life. That is why he was saying it was meaningless, because he had everything but it felt like nothing. He wanted something deeper, and his only answer was to find fulfillment in God. I'm not sure if that's help, but that's the first book of the Bible I could think of.

It is not all fake, but much of it is fiction. Look at the story of Adam and Eve. Eve was made from Adams rib. Therefore she is genetically identical to Adam. Therefore they can not produce a genetically viable offspring.
Let's jump to the story of Noah. If there was a great flood 5000 years ago, there would not be 200,000 year old skeletons. (Not to mention the fact that a god that kills kinda defeats the definition of a god to begin with!!!)
Now if you look to the bible itself to find out if it is fiction or not is like asking Bill Clinton if he cheated on Hillary...

I think what you're referring to is the book of Ecclesiastics
Where Solomon spoke about everything being vanity.
Meaning, that without God, life is “false, fake, worth nothing”

Ecclesiastes 12:8 Vanity of vanities, saith the preacher; all is vanity.
He is saying that all things that can cause us to deceive ourselves, knowledge, pleasure, abundance etc. is vanity. Our concern should be toward that which leads us into the fear of God and causes us to keep his commandments.

no... people often mis quote a passage in the bible.
They misquote it as "...God doesn't exist..." where as the passage is challenging people who think God doesn't. No where does it go:
Jesus:"guess what my disciples?"
Mathew: "What Jesus..?"
Jesus: "SNAP... LOL.... you just got PUNKED! LOL I SO GOT YOU!"
Mathew:" NO WAY!!!! LOL i knew it! Man i'm gunna get you back! LOL"
its just not in there... i've checked...
