IBprofuen. You can take 800mg 4 times a day for a couple of days but make sure that you eat something or drink milk as it is hard on the stomach.

Dude - youre now on the injure reserve list. You probably have a slight tear or pull and swinging a golf club will make it worse. Youre out for 6 weeks.

If you're sure it's a muscle try o24 it's amazing stuff.I have lower back pain and it's the only thing that gives me relief. PS. it's an oil base and has a pleasant smell,costs around $20 Canadian for 10 cc's.PPS only works on muscles does not work on joints.

Soak in a hot tub, and take a couple of Advil tablets 1 hour before playing. Good luck!

hmm..im sorry about your ribs.
Try calling a doctor then take tylenol or a muscle reliever.
I have this really good mucle reliever for cramps although it makes me drowsy..i can't place the name tho...

Taking painkillers will cause you to further injure your already injured muscles to an extent you might need to see a doctor.

wear an icy-hot patch, take ibuprofen if it doesn't interact with your other meds, see a doctor after the tournie tomorrow. way to stay active, good luck!
