Some genius back in the Forties thought this arrangement would work, they forgot to ask a few Palestinians what they thought about the arrangement. I think the United States should have welcomed the Israel people back in the 1940's to live inside the lower forty-eight. That would have been painful for many Americans, but it would help the Jews have a home without constant killing and War on their borders.
One of the States out west with huge tracks of land that could have become another State, like Northern Nevada, North Idaho or even North California.
The problem with the Middle Eastern people is that they don't realize that they are all brothers and sisters. In fact, every human being on the planet is a Brother or Sister of to each other.
I guess we are a long way away from that manifestation, but it is a good time to start doing the right thing, which does not include warring each other and creating nothing but sorrow stacked on dead bodies.

there's a conflict because the "Palestinians" hate Jews and can't stop themselves from trying to kill as many as they can get ahold of.

i read a transcript of a show a few weeks ago, of one of the leaders over there. he told the interviewer that basically the reason all of them over there hate the Israeli's so much is because of the humiliation they suffered, starting wars with Israel all those times and the Israeli's keep winning, even though there are only like 7 million of them and the Muslim countries surrounding Israel have all those millions. that's all it boils down to. and why would i not take his word for it? looks to me like he would know.

because the israelis stole the land from the palestinians. the israelis have weaopons of mass destruction. when the un gave palestine to the jews they gave the palestinians the west bank and ghaza. both of these terretorie's land are infertile. nothing can grow. if you want to go from ghaza to the west bank you have to cross all of israel. it is not only muslims who are being opressed by the israelis it is also palestinian christians who are being opressed. remember israel is a pilgrimage holy spot for all three of the monotheistic faiths. if the jews had just migrated there in peace and followed the laws of palestine we would not be in this situation today. it is wrong for what israel is doing and proof is if the mexicans and native americans wanted to take back all the land that was stolen from them the americans would go ape doo doo. there would be all out war. what makes the jewish people there any less of religious fanatics or terrorists then the palestinians?

I suggest you read some history. The area you call Palestine encompasses lands we read about in the Bible, known as Judea and Israel in ancient times, known as Palestine during the years of Roman occupation. During that time many people who lived in Palestine were Jews, as was Jesus.

Over the next 2,000 years the Holy Land changed hands a number of times, but the longest ownership was probably by the Ottoman Turks. In modern times many of the Arabs in Palestine seemed intent on getting rid of the Jews, but the Jews increasingly re-settled in the area, and wanted only to live peacefully with their Arab neighbors.

After World War I the Ottoman Turkish Empire was broken up. The region you call Palestine was ruled by the British under a mandate. After World War II there was pressure to allow the Palestinian area to become independent.

Now, that takes you up to about 1948. You can do your own research from there. Suggestion: Try not to limit yourself to propaganda leaflets and pro-Arab websites.

There is a conflict between the Israelis and the Palestinians because the Palestinians are savages. It is not for nothing that Jews have over 180 Nobel Prizes most in Science and there are only 14 million Jews on earth. Muslims have only 7 Nobel prizes and there are 1.2 billion Muslims .
