All I can say is RENT ONE. That way you know you are getting a better quality one for an extremely cheap price.

If you plan to use it for only one house and store it until you use it again, the Wagner Paint crew for $190 at Home Depot is excellent. Latex paint is quite thick so make sure you dilute it with FLOETROL and not water. Make sure you clean out the latex thoroughly before storage. A better model would be the Graco XR5 also at Home Depot. Much more power. But if you really only plan to use it once, renting at the tool rental is your best choice. You get the best machine without worrying if it will break down.

If you are close to a Home Depot, Sherman Williams, Columbia Paint or other paint center, they will have a complete display and knowledgeable people to help you with your selection. Unless you are only going to use it one time, do not get the Wagner Paint Crew, it is not worth the money, and it is a little expensive to be considered a throw away.
