it is safe infact i know a hindu works in a factory ( A MANGER ) and he is like anybody els he is in riyadh plus I advice you to go to kohbar becouse of 2 thing 1-it is more free and beutifull then riyadh 2-if you are bored of saudia arabia you can go to bahrain ( it well take you 35 min from kohbar to bahrain what do you want more then that ??? take the JOB dont miss the chance of a life time and 2 countries )

Yes, it is safe for non-Muslims to live and work in Saudi Arabia, particularly in Al-Khobar. I have Hindu friends working in the area for the past 25 years.

In Saudi Arabia, crimes of all sorts are much less than other countries.

Well as A saudi living in the Eastern Province, it safe for an Indian (no matter what religion)
there are many Indians in this part of Saudi
but you might get harassed because SOME Saudies believe that they are higher than any other nationality..some have too much pride..but not all ..

Yes, its quite safe.
Incidents like that are isolated incidents, not a way of life!

In fact the Eastern Province (Khobar/Dammam) has more non Muslims than other parts of Saudi Arabia

It is safe for an indian hindu to migrate to al khobar. I am german living in jeddah, saudi arabia. Saudis like people who migrate to thier country. You will find lots of jobs their.

Yes its v safe no oly for hindu but for all other Religions....

I know many non muslims working in Saudia working at a v high rank and salary....
A man is known by his habbits and manners he keeps.....

No doubt, Saudia arabia Rules are strict not for non muslims but for all .... including Muslims......
U will really enjoy the environment of Saudia Arabia if u do all ur works under the rules and regulations....

not really... no.
i guess it depends exactly where...
but from what i've heard (and i AM a saudi arabian living IN the eastern province) its not so safe sometimes...
my "driver" is indian (muslim though) and he has some difficulties sometimes with some arab boys. they harass or make fun of indians (SOME of them)
you just need to learn to ignore them and WALK AWAY!!
dont go out to empty open spaces at night
