Ok so i'm planning on loseing 10 lbs by june 30th. So fat here's my meal plan:
Breakfast:
Raisen Bran
Lunch:
tuna fish sandwich or soup
dinner:
big family dinners with vegetables and meat in it
I only drink water every now and then i'll have some oj or a sobe.
my excercise routine consists of running for 30 minutes, sit ups, leg lifts and squats. I eat like a piece or 2 of chocolate every other day or so. I'm hoping to drop a pant size or 2.. Is this possible by the end of june? and do you guys have any way that i can improve my diet/excercise routines?
Facts about me now:
I'm a girl 14 years old i weigh about 119, and i'm about 5'5. I eat no more than a 1000 cals a day, so i don't think it would be smart to cut that in half. So any ideas would really help thanks!
