Ok so i'm planning on loseing 10 lbs by june 30th. So fat here's my meal plan:

Breakfast:
Raisen Bran
Lunch:
tuna fish sandwich or soup
dinner:
big family dinners with vegetables and meat in it

I only drink water every now and then i'll have some oj or a sobe.
my excercise routine consists of running for 30 minutes, sit ups, leg lifts and squats. I eat like a piece or 2 of chocolate every other day or so. I'm hoping to drop a pant size or 2.. Is this possible by the end of june? and do you guys have any way that i can improve my diet/excercise routines?

Facts about me now:
I'm a girl 14 years old i weigh about 119, and i'm about 5'5. I eat no more than a 1000 cals a day, so i don't think it would be smart to cut that in half. So any ideas would really help thanks!

Yes. That is a good diet. yes you would drop a pant size or two. Good work. cut down on the snacks between meals.

Okay so you're 14 yrs old. I am 47 and have been on "diets" forever and always fluctuating. You should not be concerned about losing weight. You are at a good weight. If there is one thing I have learned is that eat in portions, and definitely keep the activity going. There you will find a balance. Diets only work for a bit, but the solution only comes from within. You need to learn to accept yourself as you are and the rest will fall into place. At 14 years old, this shouldn't be your main focus. Be young and have fun.

That is a great diet. I am doing something similar. I just dont drink soda or eat any chocolates. They have those wafer cakes. They have caramal which is good for snacking. I wish i was 119 again. I recently moved and got depressed and ate and ate now I am like 138 trying to get to 120-125. Well good luck!

its really easy once you get used to eating less than what you normally do but this is what i did.

breakfast: cereal+milk
lunch: low fat chicken salad or chicken and lettuce wrap.
Dinner: lean cuisine
Snacks ; fruit, low fat yogurt or low cal jelly.

exercise (3-4 times a week)
i took part in football (soccer) for about 4 months but then i started doing aerobics and callenetics.

Good idea! sure it will work for u. Just don't ever start eating fast and bad food and u'll stau beautiful for a lot of years!

be4 every meal drink a half cup of water...try it and then eat ur meal ull c results water helps tak out fat and other unwanted waste..
