Yea well I only weigh about 109-112 since last time I checked and I'm about 5'4. However I rep 95lbs when benching, I rep 145lbs in dead-lifting, and I rep 20-30lbs when curling. I max out at 115-125 in benching. Can anyone tell me, or give me an estimated weight chart explaining: Depending on your size how much you should lift and stuff. It would really be helpful!

Difficult questions. I've never heard of such a thing as a weight chart describing what weights one should be lifting, only charts stating how much you should weigh. Big difference. But on to your question. I personally think you should be able to bench your own weight. You do, so that's good. I weigh 255 and bench 300, so I'm good for now. Set small benchmarks for yourself on your way to larger goals. When I only benched about 100, I didn't immediately set 300 as a goal, I kept my mind on 150. When I hit 150, I set my sights on 200, etc, etc. If you set your sights too high, you will likely get discouraged before you hit them. By incrementing your goals, you can see progress being made and the corresponding confidence of being able to attain a goal. But only you can set those goals, so best of luck to you man!

i'm 5'3" and that i weigh 163 so not in any respect say you're fat! someone is continuously higher than you! And no. i do not imagine it truly is massive besides. you'll grow to be your thighs and hips. If not, you may artwork the thighs off in case you sense like you opt on to. do not hassle about weight too a lot.
