I have a heart situation, I have problems with severe noise, problems with sleep deprivation, and many issues in my existence get contained in the way of me concentrating. If I attempt to concentration throughout the time of cases like this, I make better blunders and that i'm getting a lot less finished because I even ought to do away with the blunders when I can concentration. the finest element to do is to have a smash at the same time as there's a distraction, or to eliminate the distraction; and then you will be able to concentration at the same time as that is available to finish that; you've a tendency to get better finished that way, i detect.

Find a place that has less distractions. No TV, no phone, no computer, no people bugging you. If that isn't possible, situate yourself so the distractions aren't in your field of vision. Then turn on some music to drown out background noise

Do your studies somewhere that has few distractions.
Doing this is annoying, because it probably means that you'll have to go do your studies somewhere where you're less comfortable. But it'll keep you from getting distracted.

Very unique question... When you say "distracted", does this include wasting time asking pointless question on Yahoo! rather than studying?
