Lumps? You mean lumps in your stomach? If so possible esp. on a full stomach. But it could be your intestine may have pockets in the. Take a hose that has bulges in it. Food pockets in these areas.. But other symptoms may happen with this like constipation. Question do you drink carbohydrates? As you know they can be gaseous and typically rise to the edge of your intestine. Also certain bacteria can cause this, for instance when you get a intestinal bug. Another is worms.
