I am 16 and i am not sure whether i had eaten enough nutrients for growth(for growing taller), should I buy some pills or medicines that gives me vitamin, calcium and proteins? Or just eat what i am eating normally? Or will eating too much nutrients will have bad effects for that? I am also trying to decrease my weight, so will buying pills for burining calories stunt my growth whereas calories i think do not have any benefits for the body?

Slow down sweetheart. U have nothing 2 worry about. Just keep eating & taking vitamin like Ur doing & everything is going 2 be fine. There is nothing out there that makes U grow. When Ur body's ready 2 grow some more it will. DO not waste Ur money on pills or gimmicks. As U R trying 2 lose weight get on a diet U can live with, it will have no effect on Ur growing. I hope this helps or gives U something 2 think about.

Hi. I agree with the other answer. There are no nutrients that will help you grow. How tall you become depends almost exclusively on genetics/race. You should eat well (varied) for general health reasons.
