There is not much you can do. Just continue to be friends with him. Do not attempt to break them up; it's not appropriate and he may actually resent you for it.
Just be friends; maybe in the future he will end up breaking up with his girlfriend and then you can make a move. Or, maybe he will continue to have strong feeling for you and realize his girlfriend is not the one for him.
I was with my ex when I meet my current boyfriend; we didn't have a good relationship. I was so taking back with my current boyfriend's personality that I ended up ending my relationship with my ex. I have been with my bf for 2 1/2 years now.

I wouldn't make any moves until he has broken up with his girlfriend. If you make moves he might decide to keep the girlfriend around and have you too (this happened to one of my close friends). If it really isn't working out between him and his girlfriend maybe he will see that and go out with you but if he is blind to see it maybe you could hint at it or asking him about his relationship with her and why he is still seeing her.

Don't flirt with him. He has a girlfriend, yeah you might've clicked and everything, but you dont want to be the "other woman". Just be friends with him and if he breaks up with his girlfriend, then there you go! its your turn.

Don't get involved untill he breaks it off w/ the other girl. Untill then, just be a good friend. Don't expect anything else. If it's meant to be, it will.
