You can log on to Banking info Malaysia website which is set up by Bank Negara Malaysia for details about credit cards.
The standard interest rate for Master and visa card are 1.5% per month (18% per annum).
AEON ( the owner of Jusco Shopping Centre ) offered 1.4% per month.
Public Bank, give 3% rebate if you spend more than certain amount per month (please check with the bank).
Seasonal promotion like balance transfer will give you lower rate BUT for a certain periods only.

I think you will find that most providers have different credit cards. It all depends what your looking for. There are plain credit cards and others pay points, or have a annual fee or interest free period. I think the credit card providers of long standing are good its just a matter of finding one that suits your needs.
