She dumped me a while ago but now wants to be friends. She was calling me a lot. She called me 12 times last night to see where I was. I finally told her that I really can't be friends with her because I don't know what to do. I really don't want to hear about how other guys hit on her. She said she wanted to be friends to see if we could start over and see if things would be better and that I shouldn't tell her to make a decision. But my feeling is that it is almost impossible to be friends with someone you have been intimate with. Now she tells me she doesn't want to have sex till she gets married>>>>What the hell? How are we suppose to work on the relationship when she no longer wants to have sex? If we never had sex, that would have been okay. What do you guys think? She hasn't called me all day. Did I screw up here? Or was I on the backburner? If a girl likes you, wouldn't she just want to be with you? What is this friends stuff?

Girls like this are bad news, and will mess with your mind. She's either toying with you, or doesn't know what she wants. Let her waste some other guy's time and money. The 12 calls is not a good thing, either. Make a clean break, and spend your time getting to know a sane person who will treat you right. Best of luck.

Assuming it has been at least several months since she dumped you, yes, you were on the backburner. If she called you 12 times last night, she was lonely probably because somebody she was infatuated with did not work out. Also, a person misses the other person after a relationship ends - even if they are the one who did the dumping. The real question for you is do you want a love relationship with her and if so how long are you willing to put your life on hold?
DON'T PUSH HER. She did the dumping; she is the one who needs to want you back. If you are interested in a love relationship with her, let her know this and that it is the only kind of relationship you will accept with her. "If you love someone, set her free. If she returns, she is yours forever. If she doesn't, she was never meant to be yours."

Maybe your exgirlfriend realized that she made a mistake by breaking up with you. I think that she wants to start back off as friends to get what you once had back. Just because she doesn't want to have sex with you doesn't mean anything. Taking it slow could turn out to be the best thing for your relationship. Seems like the relationship was moving to fast.

Man, dude. Your ex-girlfriend seems to annoy you to death. Now, if she really wants to be friends with you again. I think a friend doesn't call his/her friend more than 10 times a day. Its okay about the sex thingy since she's your friend. But if she wants to make it up to you. That's quite confusing. You should talk about it to her. Tell her how you feel about the situation and you should tell her what you like and don't like about her so that she could change. Also to make your relationship smooth and fine.

I've been in your shoes. Yes she wants you as a back-up plan. Most women are like this, they don't want you but at the same time don't want you to have anyone else either, example with her 12 phone calls last night, she gets you thinking that there maybe a chance but actually there isn't only IF she says so....

I dont think you were on the back burner, but I do think she wanted a reaction from you about the no sex situation and the one she got was not the one she was hoping for. Im not sure, though, your best bet is to have a face to face conversation with her. The no sex thing until marriage is kind of cool, even if you dont agree with it, respect it and just move on.

I'm going to keep it real with you. She's playin you and she's got your number. Normally, women who break up with their boyfriend almost never go back to them a second time. The fact that she wants to get back with you, but not have sex until she gets married is a lie. Think about it, when she left you she had to have hooked up with someone else; however, that someone hurt her and hurt her real good. She wants to get back with you because she knows that you were good to her, but don't fall for it because she just wants too control you the way the other guy did her. DO NOT GO BACK TO HER NO MATTER WHAT SHE SAYS. Keep yourself unavailable.

Her life just feels empty without you. She will miss you until she gets involved with someone else and then she will be over you and you may still be friends. She is going through an adjustment period. Whatever was wrong with your relationship will always be there. If she wants to get back together with you you had better talk it over first.

Hmmm, she probably went through other relationships with other people and had a tough time through it, so I would say, she's telling you that because she either wants you back, but it's totally upto you man, there is no go for it or not it's totally upto you, follow your heart and instinct. I agree, the "friends" thing is not an option. depending on why the break-up occured, you may be able to be civil to each other, but to be "friends"? no way. what's the point? what are you going to talk about? the weather?
btw, men also like to have the "friend" thing going on, to keep you on the back-burner.
