Do not worry dear. Your problem is caused due to some thing else. Having sexx with your hand is not a sin anyway. No one gets punished for that.
Have faith on God. Try to do as much good work you can. Someday surely god would help you and get you cured.

Masturbation, in my opinion, isn't a sin. It's beneficial because it keeps you from being tempted to have sex before marriage, it actually helps with pain because the brain releases some kind of chemical, and it, a lot of times, help people sleep better.
