You can work as many jobs as your schedule permits as long as none of those jobs have a 'rule' against moon-lighting (which means you are committing to that One job). Even then it isn't illegal - you can just be fired from the job that has that rule.

Most jobs do Not have a rule against moonlighting unless it is a high demand position that is concerned with your dedication.

Don't you have legal permission to work in the states? I would look into this. I don't think you can just pack up and enter the US for as long as you wish, then find work on top of that. Contact the immigration office to inquire, I'd hate to see you get into trouble. There are also time limits as to how long you can stay in another country. Good luck and hope everything works out!

If you can hack it, you can do it. I once held 4 different part-time jobs. I worked 7 days a week and needed all four jobs to make ends meet.

You can work as many jobs as you can squeeze into your week. I knew a woman who worked three part time jobs.
