I recently started going to a tanning bed, for about a week now. I usually wear a bikini but since I recently moved and haven't completely unpacked I haven't been wearing one. My chest has white spots but I know what that is (Trinea versicolor) My concern is, around both of my breasts, mainly on the underside and inner side I can feel bumps, and they're red and vary in size. I don't know if tanning is related or if I've had this for awhile and just now noticing after putting on the stuff to treat the Trinea.

Any ideas?

Some people are allergic, or become allergic, to the long waves of ultraviolet light emitted by tanning bulbs. This reaction has nothing to do with burning. There's not much to do about preventing it except avoiding tanning, which may not be such a bad idea in general. We don't know exactly how dangerous tanning rays are, but it does seem clear that they don't do you a whole lot of good.

To treat the itch, mositurizing or calamine lotion or benadryl cream should suffice

could be another fungus that you picked up in the tanning bed besides tinea versicolor (like malazzezia ...)
make sure that you check on the type of UV the bulbs put out and when they were changed last...
you can still get skin cancer and premature skin aging from tanning beds...

Yaseen is read for rememberance because of hadeeth where the prophet says its the heart the quran. However are you sure there aren't other issues,or feelings that may have caused you to remember your friend that died?Perhaps your subconscious is aware of something.
