Malucita, I think the word you´re thinking of is, "ascender," (Spanish) or "ascend" in English, meaning you want to "go up" in the company while helping the company "go up" too. If this is the case, the better term to use (that is used more commonly) is to say you want to grow within the company while helping the company grow also.

No - the word transcend in this context does not make any sense. Transcend means to escape by achieving a higher state of being as in "transcendental meditation". It would not apply to a business or company. What is it you're trying to say.

you want to do something so big that the people in the company will remember you and at the same it will make the company achieve a higher position in the market.
