There's plenty of Atkins info and recipes on the web, but in general you want to focus on meats, cheeses, and eggs. For easy snacks, try stuff like string cheese or Atkins snack bars or jerky, for meals just go for un-breaded meats and eggs. A lot of vegies only add a small amount of carbs as well, but avoid fruits. When they talk about low or no carb diets, understand that this does not include fiber, fiber is fair game.

Avoid anything with sugar (including most fruits)
You can have any type meat you want even McDonald hambugers but no bun and no bread.
No starches (potatoes and pasta are out)
No milk but you can have cream
Diet drinks, eggs and bacon (again no bread), salads (easy on the dressing).
The good news is as much as you want but avoid carbs.
Look at the products you buy and it will show you the amount of carbs. You want as few as 5 carbs a day

EAT meat, fish, chicken, cheese, eggs. Snack on Pork Rinds
Beef or Turkey Jerky, shrimp. If you must have fruit, have a few strawberries. Low carb yogurt. Lots of water, exercise to sweat
Take vitamins. The low carb way....Good Luck

You need carbs in your diet to be healthy... cutting carbs can make you 'unhealthy' in the long run. Honestly... a balanced meal is the way to go... just cut portions. and eat smart

ur gonna loose a looot in 2 weeks if u follow it perfectly.
i only ate eggs boiled,fried bacon , suasages , canned tuna ,sashimi , mayonnaise meat , cream cheese ,chicken, breadless burgers.
all i used for cooking was oil or some fat and salt and pepper.
