the one thing i have found i realllllllllllllly like is the johnson and johnson clean and clear products.. you have to use them religiously for about 2 weeks before you see results.. cause they will pull all the stuff outta your face so you will break out worse before it gets better but then it gets much better and stays good as long as you keep usin the products.

Firstly; your pores don't open and close. They stay the same size.
If your acne isn't too severe, try an antiseptic or acne wash. Try Phisohex, or Benzac AC. If you have sensitive skin, try the Simple Oil Control range, or the Avene acne products.
You need to use an exfoliator to prevent any more blackheads and pimples, but DO NOT exfoliate over your acne. This will only irritate and inflame it and make it worse.
Even if you have oily skin, use a gentle, light, oil-free moisturiser. Dry acne is worse than oily acne.
If it's really, really bad, you should go to the doctor and try the Pill or some antibiotics.
ALSO: don't ever use hot water on your face. It causes broken capillaries and redness. Use lukewarm water.

I struggled with acne for years and I finally found the solution that works for me. We have been fooled, tricked, deceived, and just plain lied to. It's time that someone put a stop to it, and everyone learn the truth!
Those of us who suffer from acne have usually been given 2 choices and neither of them work:
1. Over the counter remedies such as cleansers, creams, ointments, etc. These things have been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.
2. Go see a doctor and or dermatologist. They will generally prescribe prescription drugs which include topicals and or antibiotics. This, too, has been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.
I found a step-by-step program that cured my acne and it has never come back. It is amazing and doesn’t use any drugs or doctors. The truth is that acne can be cured…if we know the secret the doctors and drug companies don’t want us to know.
There is a great website: http://acnehomesolution.com/index.html that has all the details. I really suggest you check it out and see if it works as well for you as it did for me.

Try this to get rid of acne. You need to be cleansed internally. Take 2 tbls. apple cider vinegar in an 8 oz. glass of water 2 times per day. This will get rid of the acne for good. ACV also gives you long hair and nails. Read about acv on the web. Cures depression.

I wouldn't suggest hot water, instead go to the spa and spend some time in the steam room which i find is much better for opening pores. however this method helps but does not completely prevent acne. treatment such as acnezine or clearpores will do the trick.
Avoid the sauna i find it makes it worse. stick to steam room.

It is not true at all, the only way to clear acne is to use salicylic acid based skin care products like clean & clear and wash your face at least 2 times a day and control your temper as the hormones will rise and lead to acne when you get angry or frustrated.

taht's true but dont gurantee result. first u have to identify ur skin types. u might have sensitive skin. i also got acne once. i thought i got oily skin. but when im used oily skin care the acne become worst. then i change into normal skin care. the acne condition improve but it make my skin drier. now im using loreal skin refiner facial wash. it great. dont have any acne, my pores shrunk and less oily.now im using the whole range.
i suggest u try on something gentle.maybe the product u used before is too harsh. hope u got the idea! :)
