yes keep training i guess. if that's what you want; you shouldnt exercise just to get a six pack but because you enjoy exercising or how you feel after. it's a good habit to get into regardless.
as for the 6 pack it will take time. what a 6 pack basically is is lean muscle in the stomach area and virtually no fat. that takes time... and best to do cardiovascular exercise exercising your whole body for general health and toning up.
as for a specific exercise that you probably wouldnt guess would help your abs; do pushups. you may be surprised with the results you get. in fact pushups do train the upper body and chest but an added benefit is while doing the pushup feel the muscles in your abs they also get a workout.

I'm not sure why you'd want a six-pack, necessarily, because I personally don't think that they're all that attractive on girls. Nevertheless, having strong muscles is a good idea.
The 20 minutes of jumproping should be very helpful for your overall cardiovascular health and losing fat, as you mentioned. Situps will help, but you also need to do some kind of exercise that works your lower abdominals. I would recommend some core muscle training such as Pilates, which will work all your abs.

Having just gotten out of Army Basic Training-I can tell you that the number of sit-ups you are doing is pretty darn good and you will start to see a huge difference but it takes time.
In Basic Training I started out doing -yes 3.
By the time I left I was doing 150 at least two or three times a day.
But I also got very sick. My blood work was all off and I became weak and hardly able to walk up stairs. (I'm great now)
I think you should stick with what you are doing. Don't over do it. Also, try adding some natural activities to your daily routing that will tighten all your muscles without being extreme. Maybe playing a sport like Baseball or softball. I play Paintball and that alone keeps me in shape!
Good luck and be careful. Keeping yourself healthy is the most important thing!

For one thing, no amount of exercise alone is going to give a woman a six-pack. In order to do this, you would have to completely remove all sugars, white flour, and all things bad you from your diet and eat only lean protein, veggies, some fruit, and whole grains. (and I mean NO bad foods) Also, those women that do have six-packs do more stenuous exercises than just twenty-min. of cardio and 150 crunches. Many women have great abs, but few have a full-blown six-pack. Those that do are completely dedicated to fitness. Eat perfectly, step-up your exercise regimen, and you could develop a six-pack.

just think that Rome wasn't build in a day. so you'll probably need to keep working, maybe spice it up a little bit. plain sit ups aren't enough they only do 50% of the work and you get tired easily, maybe if you buy a product like ab scissor or something like that. maybe go to a gym.
good luck ,i working to get my two last packs, to have a eight it's hard !!.

I do 200 a day and it leaves my stomach flat. Not muscular though. You would have to do crunches while holding weights to achieve the six pack look.
Someone at a gym could help you with that. Ask a trainer.
