PLEASE try these 3 remedies...EVERY time I feel run-down or get that tickly feeling in my throat I take these 3 things and it NEVER turns into a full-blown cold.

1) Olive Leaf Extract by "Herb Pharm"....it's in liquid form, and has no side effects...it immediately goes to work to kill any viruses in you...and it's all natural.

2) "JarrowDophilus", by "Jarrow Formulas"...it will keep the healthy "flora" in your body in perfect balance which keeps your immune system strong.

3) "Emergen-C" Vitamin C packets by "Alacer"

All three can be purchased at "Whole Foods Market", possibly "Trader Joe's", or call your local health food store to inquire about these 3 products.

EVERY friend and family member who has taken this advice, hardly ever gets sick.

For your throat: "Peaceful Mountain--Throat Rescue"
You will NEVER find a more powerful throat spray which is all-natural....soothing, fast acting, and kills bad bacteria on contact.

Cayenne Pepper in capsules (or sprinkled on soup) helps greatly with congestion AND is also an immune systen booster too....and drink lots of organic green tea to help your energy levels.

You'll see!! :) Get well soon!

A sore throat and tonsilitis are two different things. A sore throat can be caused by a cold or being in chilly weather and breathing in the cold air. Tonsilitis is an infection. If that is what it is, then you will have swelling in your throat and there is a good chance that you will be able to see the shape of your tonsil if you look in a mirror. Also generally there is a temperature involved and trouble swallowing due to the enlarged tonsils. If you have very many of the symptoms that I listed I would go see a doctor.

Some people find that once they have a sore throat it is easier for them to contract further infections due to decreased levels of antibacterial agents.

By the sound of it you have a flu and the congestion in your nose is affecting your eyes and throat. If the mucus is green please see your doctor as you may require antibiotics to treat it. If your sore throat is interupting your day/work it may be best to see your doctor anyway.

You may even find this sore throat is related to your previous one if you were not treated with an antibiotic, or if you did not complete the course you were given.

Most likely you have the same sore throat you had awhile ago.
Infections can run the course up and down as your immune system fights them. Your immune system also has peaks and valleys.
My concern is that you MAY have strep throat...which is highly contagious to others....particularly bad if you work with or around children.
See a doctor tomorrow.

The cold germs we get aren't always the same and some of them presents a kind of resistance to the medicines due the prolong exposition to these medicines. So is it normal, perhaps may be you didn't get completely cured and the old cold you have got strong once again.

Yes, its normal....but if you get them very frequently, then you may need to see an Ear/nose/throat doctor.

Hello,
You're giving allergy symptoms. Are you taking anything at the moment? Another reason is, vitamins, vitamins, vitamins, exercise and plenty of fluids with the exclusion of ANY type of sodas.
