what?

I don't think ghosts are affected by gravity, therefore they do not fall through the floor or anywhere else. Imagine a ghost walking out a 42nd floor window. He wouldn't just plummet down to the street, would he? Of course, even if he did, then he wouldn't stop when he hit the sidewalk, but would just keep right on going. But the truth is, ghosts aren't affected by gravity the way you and I are(assuming, of course, that you're not a ghost).

Great question though! Thanks for asking!

They are not affected by gravity. I've heard of ghosts that walk out onto second-story floors that have long since been torn down. They walk along those levels just as if those floors were still there. Other ghosts walk into underground passages that have been filled in since they died. The physical universe means very little to them.

Good question! it is very simple it is just because they don´t consider to fall.
A ghost is you without body. The spirit is not matter nor energy does not occupy space and not subject to time. But it produces energy at will just deciding it. An energetic manifestation of an spirit is a ghost.
Additionally as it is not matter it is no subject to gravity

Ghosts don't walk through walls exactly, they walk along routes that existed when they were living and if there has been a barrier erected since, they appear to walk through it. Since the floor level stays the same, generally, you wouldn't expect them to drop through a floor which was always there anyway.

Well, theoretically speaking.

one explaination is they see things how they saw them. if there wasn't a wall there when they were alive they can walk through what would be our wall. Secondly they are intelligent beongs just because they can walk through walls doesn't mean they are stupid enough to fall through a floor. it doesn't work that way.

Ghosts are weightless so they wont fall they are formless like a holograph. They can be seen but not touched. The are not solid. I of course am only repeating what my friend who talks with ghost tells me.
