I have been eating alot of vegtables and drinking their juice from a juice extractor. it removes alot of the fiber, but I also eat big salads and stirfrys with everything in them, broccolli, cauliflower and just about any thing else that grows. however, I am wondering if it could be bad eating all these vegetables and fruits. I also have one grain and bean meal a day and fish at night. Could all these veggies be an overdose or is that even possible?

Well, i dont think that it's really possible to OD on fruits and veggies, but in order to maintain your health i would suggest making sure that you do get all of your daily dietary needs. The way it sounds by your description, you are a pesco-vegitarian, which i actually used to be. What i would suggest is to take a multi-vitamin with breakfast everyday to help ensure you are getting all your daily required vitamins. If it's fiber that you're worried about, check out Fibersure...its a clear fiber supplement powder that you can add to your cooking that doesn't thicken or change flavor. Hope this helps!

well you can overdose on anything. I mean it would be hard as hell to OD on veggies but it is possible. It's not so much the veggies but you get an overdose of certain vitamins....like excess B12 and Vitamin C....you would have to be eating a lot though. Best to keep your diet 50% fruits and veggies. Maybe try eating some complex carbs and seeds and nuts.
I would say talk to a doctor because it's not unheard of for someone to OD on vitamins....or anything like that.

Would be very hard to do.

I think you'll be fine as long as you're not stuffing yourself to be uncomfortably full and THEN still eating. You'll be fine; fruits and veggies like that are some of the healthiest things you can put in your body. Much better than a chocolate overdose, like I just had :)

you want to devour about ten circumstances the RDI for nutrition a primary for a short era to be at risk of hypervitaminosis. i'm no longer particular if the quantity of nutrition A interior the plant meals you're eating will all be absorbed besides because maximum supplementations count number on different molecules to cause them to be absorbed into the bloodstream throughout the liner of the intestines, in which case you're restricted by potential of the volume of those molecules. There are variations in plant vs animal substances of a few supplementations, some are without delay absorbed into the blood eg B12. no longer particular no matter if it really is an same in nutrition A. besides- opportunities are extreme you'd be secure eating this volume of the nutrition. nutrition ok in uncomplicated words desires to be restricted if you're taking blood thinning drugs.
