More information would help. My first guess is that your bike pants are too tight. This could be compressing your abdomen and pushing your diaphragm upwards, reducing your lung space. Is that how it feels?

Does the symptom occur only after you do some biking? If that is the case, maybe your cardiovascular fitness needs upgrading.

Do you associate the bike pants with something that might affect your breathing? Perhaps it's psychological.

I'll check back in a while to see if you can add anything that might help with a diagnosis / recommendations. Best luck with it.

without seeing you in your bike pants i will offer two choices. 1 either your pants are too tight. 2 you are having a allergic reaction to the material, assuming you dont use a special laudry soap on those pants and not your clothes

They are too tight or you are wearing them too high and they are pressing on your diaphram (part of the body that helps you take in air.........)

Hope I helped.
Just cause they are bike pants does not mean they have to be super tight..

Good Luck

Most likely they're too small. Even spandex only stretches so far.

Either that, or you've got them on backwards - not kidding, it happens. Although the uncomfortable pressure on your naughty bits should be a tip off...

They're a bit too tight. There is poor circulation throughout the legs which gives your body pressure.
