The reason you weigh less in the morning than last thing at night is because when you first wake up, your body has finished metabolising yesterday's food intake. When you pee, you are getting rid of the excess waste you body was unable to process hence you are losing excess weight. During the day, your body is starting to metabolise the food again meaning its burning and using and getting rid of the products you're give it...hence you are heaviest.
Your best time to weigh yourself is when you first wake up, do your toilet business, preferably after you number two (being polite here) and then take off all clothes..then weigh. But don't get hung up by your weight..muscle is heavier than fat so it might be best investing in getting BMI testing. Your receipt if you use the right machine will tell you your overall weight, how much of that weight is fat, how much is muscle and your hydration levels. Hydration plays a big factor in weight levels too e.g. a woman will be retaining water if she is due her period. An over-weight guy will naturally retain water higher too.

That depends on a lot of different factors, eating habits, exercise activity. But unless your trying to make weight for a wrestling match or fit into a skimpy dress and walk down a runway as model, what do you care? the difference cant be more than a pound or two. If it matters that much spend a little extra time on a treadmill. Come on!

Weight is a relative thing, it changes all day long depending on how much you eat and drink. If you are trying to track you weight the best thing to do is weigh yourself at the same time every week and in the same clothes. Weighing yourself everyday isn't a good way to see if you are losing or gaining weight. It just drives you crazy.

Your "true weight" is immediately upon arising, after you go to the bathroom. It's normal for your weight to fluctuate as much as five pounds during the day. Everyone weighs the least in the morning.

In the morning. Your weight at night includes everything you ate on that day.

There is NO such thing as truest weight . . .
Life and the body fluctuate, it is all true . . .
The question is nonsensical . . .
What are you looking for ? A low number to tell friends ?
Now that would be totally fake . . .
STOP obsessing about weight numbers ,
That is a dingy air - head girl activity.
