I have different apples for different ways of eating them:
applesauce Golden delicious
pies Granny Smith mixed with a sweeter apple
out of hand or with cheese....Gala, Fuji, Matsu and Winesap

It used to be pink lady. I was a die hard pink lady then I met honeycrisp.

I never thought I would like another apple.. but the honecrisp are awesome!

Super expensive here like 2.86 a pound. So I usually have the pinks.
