Nope. Herpes lives in your spine actually and the actual outbreaks can be treated and will go away but the virus is not curable. It is also possible to spread even without an outbreak so talk to your doctor about medicines you can use and ALWAYS warn any future sex partners.

No, it is not curable however, are drugs out now which can control the symptoms. At this point in time, not much else can be done, that is as good as it gets

according to the TV commercial on veltrex, it is controllable but not curable, they say that the carrier has to take that pill every day to protect their partner, it was said to have a 70% risk of catching it unprotected-on TV everyday

No. Didnt you listen in sex ed? You can take medicine to help with outbreaks and stuff, but once ya got it, you're stuck with it forever (or until someone finds a cure).

No. You can treat and prevent outbreaks with antiviral medicine like acyclovir but once you have it you have it forever.
