yes, it will greatly help you lose weight, if you stick with it (for long enough). and also make sure youre eating decently.

Just dance!!! go out and dance, it is the best exercise ever and helps you loose weight. You do not have to pay for lessons, just go and dance, even at home, play some good music. You just do it for at least an hour and do it putting energy into dancing. Have fun and loose weight.

yes because if you sweat then your body is so hot because it is working to loose all that whight that your body has to cool it self down
