A Murphy bed. One that would fill an entire wall with bookcases on the side. That way you could hide the bed and have a study.

a nice big round table for my wife's dining room, from maple, very large so i wouldn't have to put in leaves when the kids come over with the grandchildren now that i think about it, a nice big dining room to go around that nice big table. the dining room could be burled walnut...that would be nice indeed.
