i start pms-ing about 5-7 days before i get my period. your time is average. which means it happens like that with most girls. and the symptoms vary. for every girl on every period.

Alot of girls (including you) will probably crucify me for what I'm about to say, but I believe it to be the truth so here goes:

I am a girl too and I know sometimes our hormones can get a little out of control... but I firmly believe that PMS is just an excuse for girls to act the way they want, say what they want, do what they want and then blame the hormones.

If you have enough respect for a person, whether it be your husband, boyfriend, mom, etc then no amount of hormones will make you act like a crazy women against them. I hate when I have to hear guys complain that their girls are so bloody moody because "its that time of the month". That's no excuse for bad behaviour. If a girl can't be decent towards her guy ALL THE TIME - then something's wrong.

Com'on girls, don't we have a little more self-control than that?

Don't get me wrong, I sometimes just feel like crying myself, other times I feel like smashing something for no reason... but PMS is absolutely no excuse to take it out on anyone else.

I start PMS'ing about 7 days before my period. My symptoms usually consist of bloating, very painful cramps, tired, and very cranky. I hate being around people. I get massive headaches, as well.

I would say about 3-7 days, and I find out when I sleep 8-9hr/day I feel better. I am less being cranky.

I know women who never stop having P-M-S. I hated it when an old flame announced "it was coming."
Thank God my wife isn't like this. Fortunately, I know when its coming.
