Hair Help!?

Hi, I am 11 years old and I really like doing hair and all beauty things, I have a sister who is 9 and she is the only one I can practise on, but she will never let me (she is also kinda a tomboy), is there any way I could persued her to let me do her hair or somthing!

get one of those big head Barbie toys.
that'll be fun!!!
make sure it has long hair.
