Awan:
There is beau coup physical evidence for feelings. The brain lights up in the amygdala and the hypothalamus. Heart rate, blood pressure, pupil broadness, galvanic skin response, etc. all show feeling levels and are used to operate lie detectors.

There is indirect physical evidence of mind. We know a lot from various brain mapping techniques where various mental processes & states reside within the brain. This of course assumes that the mind is the result of the process going on within the brain. This hypothesis is the only reasonable naturalistic one.

I am not aware of any objective evidence for a "soul". There is of course lots of heresay about out-of-body experiences, or near-death experiences, but I think there are other naturalistic explanations that can account for those experiences.

This is kind of like asking for the physical evidence of the personality. That there is personality, no one questions; but I don't think its been distilled and analyzed in a test tube.

This is a nonsense question, since the mind is not physical.

Now, the evidence for the mind is that we have observation, and therefor evidence, at all.

Your question is an oxymoron: PHYSICAL evidence of the SOUL or MIND.
Niether is physical so it is as good as looking for physcial evidence of feelings.
Cheers.
