The only thing that stopped my tuxedo cat from spraying was to get him neutered. I tried red pepper on the places he sprayed did not work. I also tried the spray at Petsmart that you are supposed to spray were the cat is spraying did not work. If the cat is already neutered then this answer does you absolutely no good.

Assuming you have a problem with a male cat spraying, since all cats pee, neutering can help if he is still young, but if he is an adult not much of anything will stop him spraying. You could try spraying Fel-away where he's spraying, but it hasn't worked for my cat. He usually only sprays where another cat has sprayed first, but sometimes he just sprays to mark his territory.

if male cats pee i kindof have the same thing because my kitten lucky pees on my sisters stuff and my kitten is a female so ??? just lock the male cat in a bathroom 4 a week !!! it helps

I've heard of some some Male cats that pee, but they are pretty rare.
