There is nothing in the rule book that says couples are "SUPPOSE" to have intercourse at any particular time. I am going to assume your not married. And if that is so, then don't even let Valentine be a pressure on you for intercourse. That should be something you share with your spouse...your loved one. But not just because of a day marked as a special one on a calender by man. So ...NO...couples do not HAVE to have intercourse on this day. Its not a rule. Just make it a special day of spending time together and having fun. Letting each other know you respect and care for one another. And that should be an everyday accurance anyway for a good relationship. Do not let anyone tell you your SUPPOSE to do this on Valentines day. Not if your not ready to.

No...it's more "likely" to happen but you don't have to if you don't want to or can't for some reasons.
By the way, girls gives chocolates to boys on Valentine's day which is Feb 14th and boys gives gifts to girls on White day which is March 14th in Japan. Some boys get nothing and some girls get nothing...
Oh and actually, I found out March 14th is officially a White day or a steak and BJ day. I think I will have fun with that on these Valentine and 14th of the March!
