Do I really have to eat non-stop for that?

Give-up moods? no,I've wanted to be fat ,since many years ,because I'm already tired of being so thin

No just eat high sugar and fat foods.

Pasta, sugar, whole milk, anything with high carbs will actually store fat in the body.
For best results eat a lot and then do nothing. As long as your not burning calories the body will grow and grow.

A lot of beer and alcohol will also increase weight gain.

PS:start dating someone on a diet and you'll be able to eat their portion as well

Many of them asking about reducing a fat, but you are the only person asking this type of questions for increasing a fat. Its nothing a matter to increase a fat. Just you take a fat food, oily foods, without any diet control and exercise you can increase your fat immediately.....

Whatever the case...I think you know the answer. Eat more, and work out less and less. And you will get 'incredibly fat'.

No you don't have to eat non stop...just eat alot of junk,drink alot of pop and things with sugar and consume your meals with fast food..it won't come on all at once you will gradually get bigger and you will notice soon enough in your clothes.If this isn't a joke..than i see your dreams as becoming a sumo wrestler!! ha ha

drink a slim fast with eating a meal, its like eating two meals at a time. a very quick and healthier way to gain weight than eating fast food.

why...it doesn't make sense why you'd wanna get fat...

...usually people get fat by eating a lot of junk food and not exercising...
