I realized that if I fix the time I go to sleep and the time I wake up my body would get used to it after a while.
So you wouldn't be needing anything to feel energized because your body has had its rest.
but if you sleep whenever and wake up whenever then your body would probably act differently and you would definitely need something to get energized.
And also I would go run for 30 minutes. The fresh air is the best.

Well, Redbull or Coffee does work ... at least for me. Or 8 full hours of sleep.
I hear that excersizing does the trick too. But usually I just drag myself to work, drink some energy drinks, and I am good for the day.
Then all I have to worry about is how to wind down at the end of the night. lol.

I turn on some loud music while I'm getting ready. That usually helps wake me up =] Plus I'll snack through all my classes. You might have a problem with your blood sugar level (like me), so snacking on things like carrots, raisins, etc. throughout the day might help keep your levels more regular.
Other than that, give yourself more time to sleep! Establish a bedtime and stick to it.

actual, those Monster drinks (or something with Caffeine, Tuarine, Guarana and ginseng, and so on.,) somewhat do artwork. i flow to in basic terms drink the smaller-sized Low-Carb Monster. all of the various potential drinks have the two been too extensive, contained a ton of sugar, in simple terms basic tasted undesirable to me, or have been a mix thereof. the comparable organic and organic supplementations mixed in pill format are in simple terms as powerful, inspite of the incontrovertible fact that, they have a bent to grant me a tummy soreness. =( So, i'd desire to be extensive-wakeful and energetically nauseous? No, thank you! =) additionally, attempt a multi-nutrition with assorted nutrition B...B-12, B-6, and so on. I take it you do no longer seem after tea, the two?

try 8 to 9 hours of sleep and a good breakfast in the morning... if you don't have time for that or don't really eat healthy, you might as well drink a bunch of energy drinks(ick!)
