Go to the gym and eat lots of protein as soon as you return! My boyfriend did it and it worked! Im afraid there's a lot of work involved, but if you want it enough!

There's not much more I can say, everyone else here has already covered it all. However, you should talk to your doctor about it. Your BMI may be below normal, but that's not necessarily a bad thing (everyone's different). Your doctor can give you more insight on this and what to do to gain weight if you need to.

carbs put weight on. but you want to gain muscle not fat. Eat plenty of all of your food groups, and consider yourself lucky, it won't be that way when you get older. Excercise with weights, this will help you gain muscle. Make sure that you see a doctor before you start any excercise regimin. P.S. Being a skinny guy doesn't make you abnormal.

Please, do not stock up on junk food! The best way is to eat a balanced diet, and get plenty of excercise. Maybe try eating foods that are a bit higher in calories, but still supply your body with nutrients you need.

skinny is fine, just eat whenever you are hungry but not stuff your face. and remember being healthy is more important than how much u weigh.
