You can not beat the beauty of a 1969 Camaro but after that it is Mustang all the way. I have owned several through the 80's, 90's and my last one was a 2004 GT. Camaro suspensions have always felt like you were riding in a tank which is a negative and don't handle as well as a Mustang. Mustang all the way although in my opnion the early 90's model up until the model change in '99 were not attractive although thse GT models were quite powerful.

mustang for sure...one there usually cheaper, and most camaro's do have more hp and tq stock than mustang gt's but thats because there using a 5.7 L engine with high compression while the mustang uses the 4.6 L mod motor the 4.6's are great engines the 2v sohc can get up over 400 rwhp n/a and you can get even more out of the 3v sohc and 4v dohc motors, plus these engines go very nicely with some boost from a blower or a turbocharger, chevy engines do not handle boost that well...only camaro i like are the 69-70 camaro's thats it

I would go with a Mustang. The Camaro is not a comfortable ride especially if you are tall. Also the Camaro weird things go wrong. My brothers would flood when it rained so he would have to vacuum the interior before he could go anywhere and it did not have t-tops.

Get yourself a ford mustang; The upgradable parts from factory to performance are very reasonable and the do it yourself-er can get it done at half the cost. Saleen, Steeda, and Ford Racing have given countless hours of testing and development to these parts that work. The newer mustangs offer raw horse power off the lot and you can open up a can of whip *** and enjoy the rewards.

Hey Andy S. There once was a boy with a 65 289 2 /4 barrel setup in town. We lined up three times one night. I had my new 65 Chevelle 350hp. 327. Not even close boy. The Chevy had more guts on the other end of the quarter each time. We both has 4 speeds with the same rear ends. The Mousetang didn't get it done!
