Yes you can but you baby will not be considered a Chinese citizen. It most countries other than the US, your child does not get automatic citizenship if they are born on Chinese land.
Now if the US would get smart and adopt the same policy, maybe they won't have such immigration problems.

The answer is yes. But I'm afraid at least one of the couple should get Chinese nationality. And how many can you have depends on the local policy. There are different policies in different regions and to different situations, "not just the one child policy".

Yes they can, nor are there limits on number of Children (even if one of the parents is a chinese citizen - Da shan (a canadian) has three kids with his Chinese wife)
As for citizenship issues, if they are born, all that is needed to do is registar them with the embassy as born abroad citizens of parents country.

i think so, but china has a "one-child policy", if you still want more than one, they'll either force you to kill your child or take away all his human rights
