For a few days now.. my head throbs in pain if i stand up.. and then it still lingers when i sit back down.. what could be wrong?

What other symptoms do you have? dizziness? Could be caused by low blood pressure.

high blood pressure
sinus infection
inner ear infection
All of them should be seen by a doc quickly. Blood pressure will make you feel worse as time goes by and can't be treated at home in anyway.
Sinus and ear infection could spread. You could go deaf if they aren't treated in time. Could also lose balance really bad.

u should call your Dr, if u think something's up and ur not sure what it is, or your pharmacist
