Researchers at the University of California at Berkeley said women who sniffed a chemical found in male sweat experienced elevated levels of an important hormone, along with higher sexual arousal, faster heart rate and other effects.

For those of you not turned on by sweat it's probably because your partner is lacking ANDROSTADIENONE, (according to the article) considered a male chemical signal. Previous research had established that a whiff of it affected women's mood, sexual and physiological arousal and brain activation.
It's a derivative of testosterone, found in male sweat as well as in saliva and semen and smells somewhat musky.

If it's not really really strong and overpowering.. just a hint of sweat is nice... I don't know, it makes him smell manly... haha... and then you just want to rip his clothes off! :)

before getting married i dated a couple of men and there was one that i did not want near me when sweaty and then the other men i dated i loved the smell,look,and taste of sweat on them.i think it has somthing to do with the chemicals or somthing in their body some men have it and some do not,but for those who do it can be very stimulateing to some women.hope this helps answer your question.

My wife loves it. After working on the car, I'm all greasy and sweaty and she's in the mood. Although I have a good body and if some fat dude were to try to pull that, I don't think he would have the same luck.

well i cant remember the last time i smelled the sweat of a guy, but all i know is that it does turn me on when i see sweaty guys playing sports and stuff. HOT!

i admire my husband's scent - if that is cheese (and that i by no potential concept it replaced into) that is sweet cheese. on the different hand, I hated my ex husband's scent - it replaced into sharp and acrid. nevertheless, that's what deodorants are for. via ways, II ask your self what transgender human beings scent like? Crisps?

i dont know about the smell, but i think its hott when guys are doing something like cutting down trees with their shirts off and their sweating a lot

I think that statement is true. If you are into that man it is the combination of the sweat the cologne, the pheramones, the physique.

no thats defianltey no true, at least not to me. i hate the smell of sweat, i like the smell of that axe smell on a guy, now thats okay... but definaltey not sweat, that just nasty and gross.
