Eat healthy, eat small but enough to get nutrition & energy & calorie and exercise regularly. Drink lots of water so you'll be cleaning your self inside out.
Don't over do it though because it might cause problems. Too much is always bad for anyone, be careful.
If you don't mind paying lots of money, you should try diet pills or go to gym, hire dietitian.

Im in the same boat. Everyone says to eat less than you need and exercise lots.
Here is what im going to do:
Exercise:
before breakfast = 30min walk and 20min bike
after dinner = 1hour walk
Diet:
breakfast = 1/4 grapefruit, 3/4cup good cereal no fat milk
snack = fruit
lunch = chicken salad or wrap
snack = fruit
dinner = small meat and veg

first rule of thumb: try to consume less calories (saturated fat that is) then you are capable of burning off.
There are charts that tell you an average of which activities burn the most calories per hour. For example jogging may burn 400 to 600 calories an hour when done correctly. If you consume a daily average of 700 calories (sat. fat) then you are actually storing 100 calories or more. not good because this goes straight to the unwanted areas.
Another key rule of thumb is to eat 5 to 6 portions a day (healthy that is).
Instead of three large meals. Divide your day into five parts and have fruits, grains, vegetables, and low calorie(NO saturated fat calories) foods.
Avoid food with high sugar content and carbs.
It really takes alot of discipline but can be done.
My brother all his life was made fun of because of his weight. He turned his life around by eating healthy and avoiding fried foods and fast food restaurants. I kid you not he is now modeling in southern California and makes me sooo jealous. I love him dearly though. He inspires me everyday.
If my brother did it, so can you.

Don't starve yourself. Doing this will make your body want to try and save the fat because it doesn't know when it will get it's next "fueling."

Try riding the bike atleast 30mins twice a day. That should help you lose weight easily. And you can try to work on your depression problem by trying to find the source of your problem. I know this sounds stupid but just try smiling a bit more.. I know it sounds crazy but it works. Just relax and enjoy life and you'll fine.

this diet plan can help u lose 10 pounds in 3 days but u cant cheat
1st day
